If you would like to create a plan for your future, or if you need to make updates to an existing estate plan, our Planning Your Legacy - A Guide to Planning Your Will and Trust can help you get started. The Wills Guide is designed to encourage you to think about how you want your assets to be distributed after your lifetime and to help you gather the information your attorney will need to prepare your Will and/or trust. The Office of Gift Planning is pleased to be able to provide this type of information to our alumni, parents and friends and we hope you find it to be a valuable resource as you consider your personal plans and the possibility of including Mary Washington in them.
